On selected mandates, Sol Associates tracks project-level and SPV-level detail – site data, technical parameters, structuring notes – that we only share with a counterparty once a mutual non-disclosure agreement is in place. Use this form to start that process.

What our NDA typically covers

This is a plain-English description of the kind of terms a mutual NDA with Sol Associates SRL typically includes. It is written for orientation only.

Mutual obligation. Both parties agree to protect confidential information the other shares, not just one side.
Defined confidential information. The agreement sets out what counts as confidential – typically project, financial, technical and commercial detail marked or reasonably understood as confidential.
Permitted use. Confidential information may be used only to evaluate the specific opportunity discussed, not for any other purpose.
Term. The confidentiality obligation runs for a defined period, commonly a small number of years from signature or from disclosure.
No assignment of IP. Sharing information under the NDA does not transfer any intellectual property, ownership or other rights in the underlying project.
