A suggested reading method for Romanian power-market files: four source groups, each answering a single question.

Monitorul Oficial: what is law, and from which date. The ANRE orders of May 2026 sit there.

Transelectrica: what the connection register and the system data say.

OPCOM and ENTSO-E: what day-ahead prices and cross-border flows actually did.

SEAP: which public notices are open, and when the offer deadline falls.

For this reading list, I use their dated observations, published rules and notices. They are where a date or a number is first written down, which is why I suggest starting there. For anyone with a KP1 application in preparation, keep the window in view: per the KP1 guide it closes on 30 October 2026 at 14:00 Bucharest time.

Sources: Monitorul Oficial, Transelectrica, OPCOM, ENTSO-E, SEAP; KP1 guide for the deadline. General information, not investment, legal or regulatory advice; confirm requirements for your own scope.

The weekly Sol Signals digest is built from the same public sources: https://sol-associates.ro/signals/

If you want a second opinion on how to read any of them for a file of yours, write to me.
