We built the EPC section on public data. This is how we work with contractors on top of it.

Start with one decision, and grow only if it pays.

  • A market-entry diagnostic, 2 to 4 weeks: one question answered with evidence (which segment, package, region and partner profile), delivered as a decision memo with a go, adjust or stop recommendation.
  • Bid and package readiness, per tender or quarter: stage screening, scope and interface review, draft RfQs, qualification checks against ANRE attestation.
  • Owner-side and interface support on a named project: turbine-supply and BoP interface review, schedule checks, grid-connection milestones.

There is also a beta capability demonstration with grid, market, business and contract views built from published Transelectrica, ANRE and ENTSO-E data. It shows an approach with scenario inputs. It is not a model of any project and not investment advice.

A first conversation costs nothing. Bring one project, one package or one market question: https://sol-associates.ro/epc/

Sol is an advisory firm and does not act as an EPC contractor.
