Sol Associates makes no warranty as to the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of any item and, to the extent Romanian law permits, accepts no liability for decisions made on this basis. Sources are named per item. Subscribers remain responsible for independent verification, including checking the official notice and tender documents and meeting all deadlines, before any commercial or legal decision. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Romanian law.

Paid subscriptions

For SEAP Radar subscribers, the Terms and Conditions govern fees, renewal, remedies and liability. If this disclaimer and the Terms conflict for a paid subscription, the Terms prevail.

Corrections

If we discover a material inaccuracy, source-licence problem or data-contamination event in a published item, we withdraw or correct it and note the correction. This is a normal part of how the product improves during beta, and a correction or withdrawal is not by itself a breach of any commitment to subscribers. The remedy for a confirmed mis-tagged or missed item for paying subscribers is set out in the Terms.

Every issue and product cites its sources and their retrieval date. See our Attribution page for the exact wording used per source. The official source is always authoritative.

Romanian Energy Grid Atlas (demo)

This section applies to the Romanian Energy Grid Atlas (demo), a free map published by Sol Associates SRL at https://sol-associates.github.io/sol-signals-site/atlas/ and presented on sol-associates.ro on the page Romanian Energy Grid Atlas (demo). It adds to the sections above.

The Romanian Energy Grid Atlas is published by Sol Associates SRL as general market information for professional users. It is not investment, legal, tax, regulatory or engineering advice, not an offer or recommendation, and it does not assess any project, site, grid connection approval (Aviz Tehnic de Racordare, ATR) or investment. Check the official source and take your own advice before any decision.

The data come from third parties and from OpenStreetMap volunteers. They may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Unless a layer says it was checked, nothing in the Atlas was checked against an operator or regulator register. Sol Associates gives no warranty of accuracy, completeness or availability and makes no promise about any outcome.

Assets are as mapped in OpenStreetMap by volunteers; the map is not a census of the grid and how complete it is cannot be stated. Operator names are as tagged and may be wrong.

The weather layer is a model forecast, not a measurement, and not an energy yield, curtailment or grid loading estimate.

The solar layers are modelled long-term averages for 1994 to 2018, not forecasts and not a bankable yield.

The production layer shows national totals of electricity generation by fuel for the seven complete local days up to the build date, computed by Sol Associates from values published on the ENTSO-E Transparency Platform. It is not a measurement by Sol, not a forecast, and says nothing about prices, trading, curtailment or grid loading; a day with intervals that have no value understates its energy, and a day without data is empty, not zero.

The ATR layer shows connection-approval capacity (MW) listed by the Government in a list published on one date, summed by county. It is not installed capacity, grid loading, available or free capacity or a probability of commissioning, and it does not show whether any ATR is valid, eligible or subject to any rule.

To the extent Romanian law permits, Sol Associates SRL accepts no liability for decisions taken or losses suffered on the basis of the Atlas. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under Romanian law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

The Romanian Energy Grid Atlas is a free information service published by Sol Associates SRL, an advisory firm. Links to Sol Associates pages promote Sol Associates' own services.
