Public tenders run on a short clock, and the clock is printed on the notice.

Between 15 September and 2 October 2026, Sol's SEAP monitor captured 327 procurement notices that matched energy-related terms. The median gap between publication and the stated offer deadline was about 18 days (18.2, measured as full elapsed time from the publication timestamp). 67 of the 327 gave 14 days or less, 157 gave more than 14 and up to 30, and 103 gave more than 30. 324 of them carry a 15:00 deadline.

Two in five were construction works (126 of 327). Engineering and design services were 12. The mix matters for anyone deciding where to spend bid effort.

One caution on the data. A keyword monitor is not a relevance filter. Of 5 notices whose title or CPV code matched storage or battery terms, 3 were IT storage systems, not batteries. Read the CPV code and the specification before you count a notice as an opportunity.

The three panels show the window, what is being bought, and four fields to read first.
