When an enquiry about a Romanian wind, solar or storage entry reaches me, I look for four things before I think about a call.

The project stage. Which administrative gate has it cleared, and when? A project at ATR stage and one with a connection contract and building permit are different conversations.

One defined question about a package or an interface, for example how the turbine supply agreement reads against the owner's contract.

The decision date. What has to be decided, and by when?

The evidence still missing. Often a register entry or a contract schedule.

None of this needs to be polished. If the four are roughly there, a first conversation is useful, and it costs nothing. If one is missing, I will say which, and we can start there.

I advise. I am not a contractor, and I make no construction or financing commitment.
