When a KP1 study reaches me, I ask the author two questions before I read the conclusions.

First: which energy figure is used throughout, and is it the same one in the 2:1 check and in the aid request? The scheme caps aid at 69,000 EUR per MWh, so the MWh figure sets the intensity ceiling. Purely as arithmetic, 100 MWh at that cap is EUR 6.9 million. That is a ceiling, not an entitlement, and the 15 million EUR cap per enterprise applies alongside it.

Second: what does the study assume about the grid connection permit (ATR)? It is required by the first payment claim, not at submission, so the study should say when and how it expects to hold it.

None of this tells anyone whether to file, or what to ask for. It checks that the study agrees with itself and with the scheme rules.
